smithers joe Posted December 23, 2017 Share Posted December 23, 2017 i've been happier with all the white jerseys we've had. the black skate jersey was good and even the black vee one. i like our green and blue colours. not a fan of the whale. still enjoy the stick in the rink. love chicago's and detroit's. my favourite jersey of all time is the st.louis cardinals of baseball. i had one years ago but it kept shrinking. Part of the problem with the Vancouver Canucks is that they've never had a sense of tradition. With the exception of small tweaks to the Toronto jersey, none of the original six mess with their image. One doesn't even have to be a hockey fan to recognize them. If there is to be another change, I don't want it to be in our colours. I think the colours are sharp and vivid. It's funny, to me, how Johnny Canuck has always been a part of Canuck identity, but has never been a significant part of the appearance. I think it's time.
