I literally go back to the playoffs (09/10 season I think) when we lit Quick up, then they put in Ersberg, but then swapped again after a goal lol. Bo fan
What a team effort tonight - like at the beginning of the season - hope they can carry on Well played game - nothing to complain about here - enjoyed every minute of it And almost a sold out crowd Give Benning his contract extendion
PCprincipal
That was fun, Bo and Baer back we have some offensive punch again. No superstars but really solid depth.

PCprincipal
And let's ease up on the criticism of Virtanen.. let him grow. He had a good game!
oldnews
Edler with a pair of assists on the Boeser goals...... so much complaining this year about him not feeding Boeser. Edler could be a 40pt D again if they keep filling the net on the powerplay. Shades of mid-decade. What a difference that deadly right handed release makes. Darius
Such a different team with our top 2 defensive centers back. No more relying on Nic Dowd to play over his head, he will do very well in the fourth line. Bo is a horse...If Brock can get 35+ goals and is within 5-10 points of Barzal it will be hard to deny him the Calder.

Green has Jake on the slow forge. Making an excellent defensive forward out of him at a young age - as it should be for the emerging NHL. Looking forward to the player he becomes in the next few years.

He's an invaluable asset to our team. Kind of like how Burrows was our spark plug. He's going to dominate in the same way he did during his first WJC. 2-3 years. -AJ-
Alex Edler has broken a 37-year old record for the most powerplay points by a defenseman tonight. He now has 144 powerplay points as a Canuck. Dennis Kearns scored his 143rd powerplay point way back in 1981.
