goalie13 Posted March 16, 2018 Share Posted March 16, 2018 If I had my say, we would go back to 1 v 8, but we would drop the automatic top seed for division leaders. That often led to crap matchups where the 3rd seed had fewer points than the teams below it. I also would re-seed once down to the final four. That way, in theory, if the best two teams are in the same conference, there is a way for them to meet for the Stanley Cup rather than in the Conference finals. Get rid of the Campbell and Wales trophies. They are useless and nobody wants them anyways. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
