apollo
Not a fan of this decision whatsoever. I have to respect their decision though. So much for re-signing for 1 year 1 million and helping groom Petterson and Co.

apollo
Didn't have to end this way I envisioned them re-signing 1 year 1 million and winning a cup with Petterson
joe-max
Now let's give them the warmest, most cheerful, most positive, loudest, most tearful and most emotional goodbye possible in the remaining two home games.
HerrDrFunk
It's definitely a sad day for Canuck fans but on the upside, 14 million in cap space is nothing to sneeze at.

Puckster
Well , its been a great run with the twins, it's just a DANG shame they never got a cup. Grats to them and wishing them the best with their families.
Alflives
Did some players know, and that’s why they were getting the Twins to sign sticks and such?

canuck73_3
Just makes our trip to see the Columbus game that much more special. Made sure to really take it in and watch them knowing that it was possibly the last time I saw the Sedins in person.
MeanSeanBean
Man... end of an era. These warriors have taken so much unnecessary flak over their careers for various reasons. These guys are the epitome of heart and soul. Each season they come into camp in the best shape of anyone and play hard all season. We are all truly lucky hockey fans to had the opportunity to follow these legends as they carved out their place in the history books. I'm sad to see them go, but excited about the future. This will not be the last we see of the Twins. I'm sure they will be a big part of the canucks for many years to come. Thanks for everything Hank and Danny, it truly has been a pleasure. b3.
At least they have been able to put a solid statistical season. I really didn't want to see them go out injured and performing poorly. I'm not trying to be rude, but it was time for this, that being said I'm very glad that I was old enough to watch them play throughout their whole career. They were rarer than a generational talent IMO.
Rush17
At least they go out on a high note as the team wins down the stretch. Hope we can win out for them!
