Master Mind
NSH leads series 3-0. If only Blues buried that empty netter, I'd have survived game 3. But Couture has to tie it up, then the hand pass by Meier to Nyquist in OT. Mikey's paying off the refs. #rigged
Master Mind
Hertl with the goal to keep Philly alive! NSH leads 3-1 after Game 4. Krug/marchand each average 1 point, so a tie going into Game 5 with just the remaining players: NSH: Couture, Meier, Kane, Nyquist PHI: Hertl, Dillon, Pietrangelo
Master Mind
Nobody got any points (aside from the bonus points) leaving us at a 1-1 tie for Game 5. Therefore no other tiebreaker other than home ice, making the series 3-2 NSH. Remember that should this happen again, NSH would win the tie. If both me and the Blues win Game 6, Pietrangelo will need 3 points in that game, in order to award a bonus point, otherwise @MikeyBoy44 / @Baer. win Game 7. Odds are still great for NSH, but at least I'm putting up a fight!

I suggested something before, and thought I was misunderstood, now I’m sure I was misunderstood. Like in real life, the top seed has home ice in game 1,2,5,7 (lower seed 3,4,6). I think rather than giving the first tie to the top seed and then alternating; you should give the win to whoever is the home team that game. It would give a advantage to the top seed, but also make it more fair as to who gets the tie. I’m not a fan of giving the first tie to the top seed every time.

I considered it a reward for teams trying to be the best they can be. Ultimately it'd be the same result for today. We can change it for next year if everyone prefers. Master Mind
Series tied 3-3 after Game 6. But the Blues won, and Pietrangelo didn't get a bonus point, meaning no players are available for Game 7. Being the second tie, that means @MikeyBoy44 / @Baer. win Game 7. --- I present the first champion of BFHL: The Nashville Predators! 1 1
Art Vandelay
Congrats to the guy who got banned from CDC! And the Captain who drafted the team but left and doesn’t have a CDC account anymore. And I guess @Baer.? I think it was a great inaugural season. Enjoyed the format. Thanks @Master Mind. 1

I will generally not be posting in here at all until we get to the draft, unless a trade is arranged that brings me the best finish dudes on skates. whoops wrong skating... Master Mind
I've set the 2019-20 league up. Note that keepers are not due until sometime in July, after free agent frenzy is over with. Then we can draft to help the hockey-less summer months go by. Feel free to post keepers earlier if you wish, and I will update the site. You can change your keeper list any time until the deadline. We can also use this time to discuss any rule changes people would like to see.
