I watched Hutton's training video going into the 2016/17 season. Baby fat body with medium to low strength for a body of his size. I watched Bo Horvat's video he trains damn hard to stay in top shape and is strong like a bull, plays like one too. Amongst NHL'ers John Tavares and Kris Letang are some of the elite for off season training, they are amazing athletes first and push heavy weights for reps to be at the top of their games. I could go on about how impressive the Bo's, Johns and Kris of the world are. Time for Ben to take the next step, he will gain a lot of confidence by this.
