That’s a pervert. He should go find someone closer to his own age, and in an appropriate setting.

To be honest I had trouble making sense of the story. From what I read he touched the kid on the shoulder while making remarks? Inappropriate remarks? I think from the kid’s point of view, the touching was inappropriate and the comments had sexual connotation. Plus, the kid told this guy to keep his hands off. Sounds (likely) scary for the kid. Ottawa should fire this guy. There is no way this is the first boy he’s mistreated in this manner.

SabreFan1
I think it's definitely safe to say that he's done in Ottawa. He oversees their AHL team, with plenty of 18&19 year olds, so he'll be tossed out of two leagues.

-Vintage Canuck-
Senators assistant GM pleads not guilty to harassment charge: Quote BUFFALO, N.Y. — Ottawa Senators assistant general manager Randy Lee can return to Canada after pleading not guilty to allegations he made lewd comments and rubbed the shoulders of a 19-year-old hotel shuttle driver while in Buffalo for the NHL combine. Neither Lee nor his lawyer commented after the hearing Monday in Buffalo City Court. Lee was required to surrender his passport after the arrest last week on a second-degree harassment charge. The alleged incident happened May 30 following an NHL event. He's scheduled to return to court June 22. Lee faces a fine and up to 15 days in jail if found guilty of the violation. Erie County District Attorney John Flynn has said he doesn't expect to pursue jail time. Lee has spent 23 seasons with the Senators and just completed his fourth as assistant GM. https://www.tsn.ca/sens-exec-pleads-not-guilty-to-harassment-allegation-1.1102903
SabreFan1
Guess who is Lee's attorney... Paul Cambria. The very same attorney that got Evander Kane off of his charges. Looks like Lee wants to try and keep his job in Ottawa and figures the best way is to get the charges dropped by hiring an expensive attorney and basically daring Erie County to spend thousands of dollars on a violation charge. So does Ottawa keep him after the DA gives up on pursuing the charge in order to avoid spending a lot of money on the case?
-Vintage Canuck-
The 19-year-old Buffalo shuttle driver who accused Senators Assistant GM Randy Lee of sexual harassment has obtained an order of protection against him. Lee must stay 100 feet away from and refrain from coming within a one-block radius from the teen and must stay away from his school, home and place of employment. -Vintage Canuck-
Pierre Dorion issues statement on Randy Lee: Quote OTTAWA - Senators' general manager Pierre Dorion has issued the following statement on assistant general manager Randy Lee: "As our hockey club's initial statement made clear, our Hockey Team - and our organization as a whole - will always hold our leaders, coaching staff, players and employees to the highest standards of behaviour. Harassment in any form is unacceptable, whether it occurs inside or outside the work place. As a result, and with all the care and caution required in such cases, we have spent the past two weeks listening carefully to, and consulting with our community, our fan base and our partners to understand their expectations on the matter. At the same time, we have worked with authorities in Buffalo, as well as with Randy Lee's lawyer, to ensure that Randy be granted the due process to which he is entitled. Until now, the Senators had never been made aware of a complaint against Randy, whether before or during his 23-year career with the team. He must be allowed to address the allegations against him through the court system. That said, the questions that must be answered by Randy are unlikely to be addressed until his next court date - on July 6, 2018 - we believe the best way to live our values and enforce our standards of behaviour is to suspend Randy Lee until the allegations against him are ruled upon by the courts. The suspension is effective immediately and applies both to Lee's work with the Ottawa Senators and our AHL team in Belleville." https://www.nhl.com/senators/news/pierre-dorion-statement-on-randy-lee/c-299082334
