Some players listed as UFAs will be valid as RFAs. This will be especially true if you have signed a UDFA within the past year or so. It's my fault, and that's all we'll say about it Though, please be aware - we'll only correct the status for GMs that ask for it to be corrected, for players that are eligible to be corrected. Probably overpaid here, as Luff is 4 years younger, but I wanted another Washington player. Boyd is one of the select few waiver-ineligble Caps out there, and his ice time and production has been steadily increasing throughout the season. And now that he's had RW added to his eligible positions, he'll be even more useful. And as great as Luff has been, he probably won't be playing in the playoffs any time soon.
