Well, at least the Hep treatment Ottawans will need after going to that clinic is free.

I went through this scare years ago here, when some tainted blood went through unscreened.  I can tell you it's extremely unnerving....didn't get much sleep for awhile.  Horrible getting that notification.

Free wings, free tire when you buy set of 4, buy 1 get 1 free etc. these are all examples of good free.
