ruilin96 Posted November 13, 2018 Share Posted November 13, 2018 Hopefully no more players getting injured or out significant amount of time, by mid-December we should have a relatively healthy roster back up and running. The goal right now is to competive, pick up points to stay relevant. The real push for the Canucks should come in January, when we have this massive home stand to gain points and solidify a playoff spot. In a perfect world, the Canucks will make the playoffs and by March, hopefully Hughes and Juolevi will be on the roster and get into the playoffs as a dark horse team. Canucks get no respect unless its their ultra star player... but clearly the Baertschi hit was a nasty one if it has put him out this long. The Canucks ownership should be going up and down the Discipline committee about this hit... completely irresponsible to ignore the facts. TheGuardian_ Posted November 16, 2018 Share Posted November 16, 2018 Wanted to see some figures on man games lost, very confusing, while those players injured definitely make a dent it appears the man games lost figures may include Dorsett, Demko and LaPlante. Nilsson counts even though he would not have played many games. Same sort of stuff has happened the last few years, players called up then put on IR. I am sure it is done so they get maximum pay but it does seem to inflate games lost recorded.
