Read these stats they’re interesting.

I posted something similar in another thread But people who don’t watch buffalo who look at the stats would think it’s all skinner. He’s been great it’s a contract year.

the guy to watch and I touched on this in another thread is Jack Eichel. Skinner has one goal in six games before getting to Eichels line since that happened he’s had 10 goals more. Eichels had 15 pts in ten games since then.

eichel is tops

in transition zone rushes (elite skater and stride)

eichel is fourth in offensice zone pozession

he is sixth in shots, he’s over point or game with 19 in 16 and this is up against all the best competition every night as he’s the guy everyone heck’s on buffalo.

He had an absurd amount of primary assists and has 58 assists in just 80 games in the past two seasons on one of the lowest scoring teams in hockey.

when you consider he has done this following two sprained ankles or without a legit star on his line it’s amaing. He 22 and has 140 pts in his last 144 games and has averaged a higher PPG then matthresnsince auston arrived in the league in 16-17 (0.95 > 0.84) before this year and both players are 1.20ish this ear.

finally Eichel and skinner have 29 pts together since oct 20th where they are one and two in the NHL in scoring since being out together on that date. Skinner finally had an elite franchise 1 center to set him up and eichelfinally has a sniper like skinner to finish off the ridiculous amount of offense jack generates.

eichel is four pts shy of 200 in his career and he’s played 225 games that’s it on a tire fire team. This guy is so good it’s scary.

Petterson scary. They both in the last two weeks made passing plays off the boards without looking in rapid fashion. With pinpoint accuracy, they have 24 eyes in their heads collectively I think.

jack Eichel even outscored Mackinnon who in 16-17 played two more months then Eichel and couldn’t outscore jack who was just 21 in his sophomore year.

anyone else need anything more?

its going to be a treat to watch jack and Petterson head to head tommorow. Can’t wait.

oh and I predict 3-0 Canucks.

Niksson shutout.
