oldnews Posted February 8, 2019 Share Posted February 8, 2019 Second consecutive game where they tilted the ice for the last 40. And really, they made Carter Hart stand on his head at times too. Didn't get the results you'd hope, but they're misleading - have played really good hockey on this roadtrip, even without Edler in the lineup. He adds some fear factor which is sorely needed, but is a 3 pairing RD at best. the only D he has been effective with IMO is Edler, which is just another reason we need him back asap. Doug MacLean was making it seem like he's arrived. Overall his game is more consistent but the offense still isn't there with any consistency.
