Pears
I’ll be the first to admit I was ready to give up on him after November, but the turnaround he’s made has been absolutely phenomenal and without him we’d be right at the bottom of the standings. Markstrom living up to and perhaps even exceeding Vancouver's (mostly late) tradition of very high character goaltenders. Eddie Lack, Schneids. Luo, Miller, Bobby Essensa!, McLean....Cheech Marky! (Demko!) Was watching the Stars game last night and wondering if it's possible Benning has set up a Tampa-like progression. Here's hoping these guys can become something like the Bolts' Bishop/Vasilievskiy.....
