Did we get one of the best players in the draft again? Skill, size, passion, compete, leadership, meanness. Kids got the whole package needed to be not just a good player, but a great player. He’s going to be the best bargain in the league on his ELC, when he gets here. 1

Popular Post Elias Pettersson
He's playing on the first unit PP as an 18 year old. That's impressive. He's come a long way since October. I see him as a regular in the KHL next year and the year after he will immediately step in and play on BO's right wing. This kid will be a beauty. 2 6 2
Popular Post Chronic.Canuck
We are just starting to see him put his game together in the KHL and it's looking really promising. He could even be a solid late season addition next year once his KHL season ends like we might see Tryamkin do this year. 2 3
Devron
It’s really exciting to see him playing minutes and producing. I was a tiny bit worried at the start of the year ( I shouldn’t have been) Playing in a mans league and seems to have taken the bull by the horns. Good on him. I’m trying to think of a comparable Canuck from past years, but can’t come up with one. Podz is really going to be something special.

Left hand shot on the right side. I can see him getting a lot of those dirty goals in front of the net on the PP but also coming down the right wing and driving hard to the net like Bertuzzi used to do. Way more skill than Steamer, but definitely similar heart, and love of competition.
