Without further adieu - the Ottawa Senators claim Mathieu Perreault off of waivers. I believe all others have cleared. If someone believes this is wrong please don't hesitate to message me. Crap. I should have tried trading him lol... Oh well cap space I guess? Terrible asset management. There was other guys I could have waived and not lost lol

Azzy
The Ottawa Senators have spent the summer rebuilding, and now have a stock of draft picks that is the envy of the league. But we are not done yet, and continue to discuss trades with discerning General Managers who are looking to get ahead of the competition this summer. Players still available from the Senators include: Frans Nielsen - 3.13 FPs/G, available with 50% retention for a bargain $1.925m AAV Sven Baertschi - 2.96 FPs/G, a key part of the Stanley Cup dark horses again available with 50% retention ($1.875m AAV) Jesper Fast - 2.76 FPs/G, a top nine forward on the transformed NY Rangers Jonas Brodin - 2.43 FPs/G, a key cog on a Wild team that's looking to bounce back this year (at 50% retained, he's a snip at just $2,083,500 AAV) Chris Tanev - 2.88 FPs/G, the man most likely to partner Quinn Hughes this season and another bargain at 50% retained ($2.25m AAV) We are also considering moving either Devan Dubnyk or Jonathan Quick, so enquire within if you're short of goaltending.

I think I said at the time that I didn't rate Vesalainen, but the whole trade since it was made has become: OUT: Kristian Vesalainen + Denis Gurianov + Erik Johnson + Rocco Grimaldi IN: Devan Dubnyk + Joel Eriksson Ek + Sheldon Dries + 2x 2nd round picks I'm quite happy with that. 2

We’ve been able to upgrade our defense from our weak point on the team to our strong point. With that we have many very capable NHL D being pushed down our depth chart that can be acquired like Canucks past and future legends Gudbranson or Fantenburg. If anyone is interested please feel free to send me a message.

Projects as a two way or defensive D? But blocked shots & hits count in this league. Martin is just 19.Played his first SHL game in 2015/16 FOUR seasons ago, https://www.eliteprospects.com/player/274991/martin-fehervary Has already played in 3 WJC's and two WC's against NHL and Euro all stars. And looked good. I have Alexeyev as real life Wash's most exciting D prospect, Johansen as most likely the next guy to break in. But Martin is great competition, could jump over them? We think he'll be a regular by the end of this year or early next.

Popular Post Master Mind
My goodness, what a year. -Lost in finals in Puck -Lost in finals in BFHL -Lost in finals in a work pool -Lost in finals in a playoff pool And now lost in finals in the league I coach (for the 3rd straight year!) Thankfully I had success in GML and YHL, otherwise I'd need to change my name to the Buffalo Bills.
