We will win a cup when Pettersson fully grows into a franchise center and Horvat becomes a true elite 2nd line center (his not that far based on current trajectory) ala Kesler. Bo Horvat is a 1B or 2A Center... any team in the league would be happy to have him in the #2 position and he can fit in the #1 slot whenever necessary. He is also the type of player who gets better in the Playoffs. The instant JB put Bo on the trading block there would be dozens of offers from around the league. MattJVD Posted August 1, 2019 Share Posted August 1, 2019 Horvat is no 3c, 3rd line centres aren't 60 point players. He's a high end 2C and the perfect skill set foil to follow up Petey as a 1C. This is how you draw up building a good team. Having a high-end, creative, smooth skating, playmaking (but with a hard shot) 1C, with a heavy, fast, two-way 60 point 2C is a luxury half the teams in the league are trying to get.
