That isn't my opinion.

A gm shouldn't be extended right before the season that will determine if his decisions were correct.

So that’s fair to leave him hanging as a person and even though he’s done a good job (I’m talking overall) and what he’s done this summer?

Glad you’re not in charge or my boss!

If Jake and OJ turn into difference makers, and he manages to offload Littlethinger as early as this season, what is Benning's status then?

Yes it is, but that doesn’t mean gm’s / coaches should get re-uped when they deserve it. And wait it out for no reason...who’s sooo good out there that they need to replace him?

This is a good move because now the team can focus on winning. To change GM/coach when they try to use momentum is bad.

Now Benning just have to hand out a ten mill/ten years contract with NMC to Loui so the haters in that corner can shut up also. :bigblush:

I'd argue the team was always focused on winning.

What?!?!?!

Also, stability in the coach / GM position. People underestimate how important that is.

Nos problemos, but when it gets a lot of rumours the negativity can reach the players.

One per mille can be the difference between winning or losing.
