Maybe he knocked out Shea Weber in a leshabitant pre-training camp tilt? (he's a 5'9'' 160lbs Montreal 7th round forward prospect...) Anything is news in Montreal, even more so than on CDC. JeremyCuddles
With the Goldy re-sign and the Ferraro PTO, looks like management turned up the heat in the Boeser negotiations

It is more likely that they added up the numbers and factored in split squad games and were running it too lean in case of an injury or two.

You said you'd knock Rocky out in 3 rounds in your first match, you said it was a fluke that he went the distance and you claimed you would show the world said fluke in your rematch and lost.... do you even have a reputation? Wait, didn't Ivan Drago kill you? Are you a ghost? 2
Popular Post SergioMomesso
PTO’s are good for everyone involved. Guy could play well enough to catch the eye of another team or be a solid addition to Utica. And for the record. I think Ray Ferraro is one of the best colour men in hockey. He does not hold back and is as knowledgeable as they come. I can’t wait till TSN gets back in the national broadcast game. 1

Smashian Kassian
Longshot for Ferraro to make it. Tanner Kero signed elsewhere & he was one of Utica's more relied upon C's IIRC, perhaps that's a spot Landon is auditioning for. Good luck to him, pulling for him to get a spot in Utica. 1
Ossi Vaananen
I have Utica looking like: Boucher - Gaudette - MacEwen Perron - Graovac - Bailey Gadjovic - Lind - Jasek (Hamilton, Bancks, etc.) And that's before 2 of Schaller, Goldobin, Eriksson get sent down. Utica would be absurdly stacked if they added Ferraro. That would probably take a 2-way with sizable pay for the minors. I fail to see where Landon fits on the big club or otherwise. Maybe we're just allowing him a showcase in the event another team would be interested. I'm with the rest of you, I don't want to hear it from Ray when his kid doesn't make the team. 2

Gurn
Good on the Canucks, they can use the extra forward for training camp and pre season split squad games. Landon gets to showcase himself to other teams, and maybe, just maybe, he actually bumps out one of the lower six forwards on the Canucks. Whoever plays the best gets the spots. ilduce39
I’m not going to rip Landon - wish him good luck. Ray is still an obnoxious blowhard, though and he can suck a lemon. 1

Good luck to Ray's son, may he be better than Dave's son from last year. If he keeps his stick on the ice, and shoots the puck where it needs to go ( into the net ) he should fit nicely. Hopefully Landon plays well enough to earn an NHL contract with one of the 31 teams.
MoneypuckOverlord
he is indeed a long shot to make the team. Best of luck to him. I'm sure his dad is excited. I remember in a game when Boston visited us, he was a Bruin his entire family was in the stands.
WHL rocks
I remember his dad playing in Hartford. This PTO is nothing more than a favour to an agent or maybe Ray. And it makes me feel old.
Junkyard Dog
Probably to create more competition in TC with Roussel out and to try out for Utica. I wonder if he'll outplay Eriksson. Sir Landon the Longshot
