As much as I absolutely loved Pearson with Horvat last season. I believe that the Miller, Horvat, Baer line is what we will se at the start of the season.... gives a chance for Pearson and Sutter ( who have looked good so far ) to contribute some goals from the third line aswell. Aswell as allow Baer to accumulate some points on a more productive line potentially upping his value for a mid season trade. 

 

So I would get use to seeing Baer with Horvat and Miller for a few months at least.

Exactly.  Goldobin had his showcase for the 2nd line and now Baertschi gets his showcase on the second line.  I really think this is Baertschi's to lose and Goldobin will be the 13th forward to  fill in for top 6 injuries.  With the chemistry we know Bo and Baer have and the chemistry that appeared instant with Bo and Miller I think we have a really strong second line.  Can't wait to see it tonight.

If Baer starts to produce, why trade him?  I don't get this always trading away assets for futures.  I want to win now!  It's about time.  Go Canucks Go!
