Popular Post Strombone
This move surprised me. TBH I'd rather have Biega as a forward over Schaller or Eriksson. Thanks for everything Alex! He's gonna tear up the Red Wings.

He always seems to do his best to accommodate players and treat them with respect. I’m sure that’s something that players talk about and appreciate. That reputation he is building will help us in the long run with future signings. 1 8

Popular Post -AJ-
This has to be Benning doing Biega a favour. We lose this deal badly imo. Thankfully, it's not a hugely consequential deal. I still maintain that Biega was probably the better #7 option over Fantenberg. 1 4

Not a big speed guy but makes up for it with gritty hard work. Imagine if you had speed and size with his grit? wish him nothing but the best, hope he squeezes as much time in the big leagues as he can That player would be unstoppable.

Coconuts
It's moves like this that reflect well on a GM in the eyes of players. His former teammates (in Vancouver and Utica) will be sad to see him leave the organization and team but will be happy for him getting an opportunity to play. Players wanna play, you never know how long a guy has in a sports career. Management did Bulldog a favour and found him a home, even though it required a trade they didn't win. I hope he does well there, he's been one of the players we've iced the last few years that has always given his all every night. 2
flickyoursedin
Contract coming back is why he wasn’t claimed. Also Benning making sure the minutes in Utica go to the kids developing. Best of luck to Biega.

DeNiro
Gives more opportunities to young guys like Juolevi, Teves, Rafferty, Brisebois etc. He was the perfect depth guy in his time here. Always ready to go with his A game. Good luck to him in Detroit.

Popular Post knucklehead91
Im really going to miss Biega, class act and a true professional. Never heard the guy complain about going up and down, reported wherever he was requested and always gave it 110%. Best of luck Biega 2 2
