New Jersey won't do it unless Tram's rights are thrown in...... which could be a deal breaker for some on CDC.

Man. For Jack Hughes? Where do we sign.

Myers’ got it.

Man these are just awful awful awful

trades.

Why would they trade their most recent first overall pick for a bunch of plugs?

Eriksson has negative value.
Goldobin was waivers fodder.
Rights to a guy who is in russia and hasn’t played in the league for a couple of years with no guarantee he is coming back.
a 2nd round pick.

Jesus Christ.

Markstrom. Okay. Some value.
Sutter. Injury prone. Neutral value at best

Goldobin. See above.

Taking on Schneider’s contract isn’t worth Jack Hughes. We would have to throw in a lot more.

awful trade proposals.

3 point night for Hughes tonight.  5 points in his last 3 games.

Watched JH and KK last night.  Both their teams got killed.  JH stood out as a player, even in his loss.  KK crapped the bed.  He looks really slow.

Little Jack is like Little Johnny.  Will put up lots of points in the regular season but will become invisible in the playoffs...

I'm thinking that Little Jack has similar (elite vision, elite skating/edgework, elite playmaking skills, etc) to his bro, Little Quinn.

He won't be disappearing any more than his older brother.  Jack is a year and a half behind Quinn in development, so I would think he will be looking better and better as the season wears on.

These Hughes kids are extremely competitive and are equipped with motors that never stop. Winning is in their blood.
