Russ Posted January 12, 2020 Share Posted January 12, 2020 Haven't had a chance to see mine yet but heard the average the Wack dropped was 6-8% so I figure I will be around there. Not like it makes a damn difference. City still needs their budgeted taxes so will still be paying more than the previous year. Assessment really means F all unless you're selling, and even then its almost a arbritrary number, I have seen homes the last few years go for much less and much more than assessments say.
