I've always played hard hitting, fast paced hockey. But you always play the right way or be ready to pay the consequences. Tkowerchuk doesn't. Personally i'd love to have him but would we lose out on Petey and Hughes? It seems more likely than not in my eyes. The Flames and we would be a different team and it could send ripple effects throughout the league. Too many scenarios would have to perfectly play out for us to draft Tkachuk and then have Petey and Hughes that it almost makes it look completely unrealistic. FTR I would love to have all 3. If they lose tonight I think they may start preparing to become sellers at the deadline and make some trades. Looking forward to some playoff style hockey tonight for sure and maybe some fights. He screwed up majorly, and the only possible way he could try to save face was to act like the tough guy and instigate the fight. If you watch the replay of that fight, he tried to land with the first shot, missed and once Kassian was about to pulverize him, he turtled again. Another thing about him, when Gudbranson broke or fractured Hamonic's jaw, the next time the Flamers played the Canucks, he was pretty quiet.
