I think if you want to be an undersized defenceman, you need to have dynamic qualities like Hughes. Until I looked I didn't realize that Stecher has actually been averaging the lowest ATOI for all defensemen likely because he doesn't have PK or PP duties. As much as I like Stecher he really won't be missed that much other than being a RHD.
