I don’t think I’d spend top dollar on another small guy in free agency. Don’t think we can afford his price tag anyway with the players we have to re-sign. Even with his faults on the defensive side teams will still pay for a 50+ point dman. I can see some team giving him 6 mill a year at the least. I don’t want him here for that price tag but I mean if you say 2 mill heck ya. I’d even sign him at 3.5 to 4 million if he really wanted to come home to BC. However, with Quinn running the pp, he would face the same situation as he would in Toronto, so vancouver would be a poor fit for his show me deal.
