Alflives
We must win in Denver? Green can’t match lines at home, how in the hell will he keep Mac away from Stecher in Colorado? I see a huge game for Mac, and we get destroyed. Canucks win though 5-4. Huggy Bear with a five point night.

PhillipBlunt
Colorado looks to be hit by the injury bug worse than Vancouver right now. Hoping to see a pissed off Vancouver team take it to the Avalanche. Hoping! Colorado's defense is a pretty stout one. Lots of larger players who play physical. Will have to work the weaknesses, like Erik Johnson. Who will Green put out against Mackinnon's line?

GritGrinder
Av's had their 7 game winning streak ended at home by the Ducks in the dying seconds of OT last night. They will want to keep pace with the Blues at the top of the Central...would be a big, character win for the Canucks...Av's have an NHL best 23 road wins (23-9-2). The Canucks could lose tonight and would still control their own destiny in regards to a playoff spot. It's just that each loss reduces the margin of error. I feel like the Canucks might lose this one before turning things around on Sunday. 1

I look at a team like the Avalanche and feel like we are behind them, on the same arc. If the Canucks keep developing the way they are, they should be contenders within a few short years.
