Master Mind Posted May 23, 2020 Share Posted May 23, 2020 After a 114 point season, the Sharks took a slight step back, but still finished 3rd and have a date with the Blue Jackets in round 1. Both teams have a 40 goal scorer in Nash and Michalek, with a handful of other 20 goal scorers. The Sharks seem to have more high end firepower, in particular at C, but Columbus looks to have the edge in depth (highlighted by the workhorse Mike Grier). On defense, both squads have lost Pronger, but still boast pretty good groups. Zidlicky/Russel/Klesla vs Ehrhoff/Carle/Vlasic. Pretty even. In net it's Cam Ward vs Kari Lehtonen. Both great goaltenders capable of going on a run. I think this one goes to 7 games @Go Faulk Yourself.
