Popular Post -AJ-
The final list is complete! Boeser won the final vote to be added as the #50 Canuck of All-Time. Thanks so much to everyone for participating. I especially loved the great conversations we had during the series. Boldirev and Blight both tied with four nominations each, but Boldirev won the tie-breaker, so he was added to the list of honourable mentions. I would love to see the lists of users here to compare our lists and compare to the final CDC list. Even if you don't have a full 50, even a smaller list is fun to see. For those of you who haven't seen these kinds of polls before, the way they work is you vote for who you think is the greatest/top Canuck at the position. As for what is meant by "Greatest" or "Top", I will leave that to each individual. I have my own interpretations, but others may define it differently. Worth noting, that I do want to keep this to their tenures with Vancouver and as players, thus a player like Neely would only be considered for his Vancouver time and guys like Quinn and Crawford would only be considered for their playing careers, not their coaching careers. stonecoldstevebernier
Thanks for putting this together @-AJ-. I'd been absent from posting in the forums for a while but this made me want to participate for a bit again. I think the list is solid, I would've liked to see Cooke get in but 51 is as close as it gets. Maybe if we extend it to the top 250 we could get Bernier in lmao. I'm sure Pettersson, Hughes, Boeser, and Horvat will all move towards the top of this list in years to come. Markstrom should get in too, and his rank will only improve if he can add some playoff success to his name. Tanev should rise a bit more if he re-signs for a few more seasons. Couple other guys on the roster could land there too depending on how their futures play out, its an optimistic time to be a fan (or it will be, when the league starts up again lol).

Moe Lemay was a guy who put in his time a la Sandlak and Cooke, but whom we might need to work a little bit to have remembered.
