A Lack of Eddie

If we could put together a deal that would have whoever was drafting in a position to take Reinhart (top 4 I'd imagine) for something like our 2014 + 2015 1st round picks ++ and draft Reinhart or screw over Edmonton and move higher to take Ekblad? I think any pick of Ekblad, Reinhart, Draisaitl, or Dal-colle + Horvat would be greater combo than a low chance of getting Mcdavid or do you think giving up the 2015 1st would be a bad idea?

If we had a chance to pick twice in the top 12 and lets say some of the bigger kids ( Virtanen, ritchie, perlinni etc ) were gone. Would you guys be fine if we drafted both Nylander and Ehlers? Obviously size is a factor but if we chose two of the most skilled prospects in the draft or if they were the BPA, wouldnt that give us a better chance of having one that would pan out? Imagine if both developed perfectly! High Risk High Reward I'm not too sure how id feel, what are your guys's thoughts??

Wouldn't Virtanen be a nice mix of the two?? Maybe not as good at one thing or as big or as fast as the others are but he's got size, good skating ability, speed, and a wicked shot. I think he'd be the safer pick.. Although the reward factor for either Ritchie and Ehlers could be massive.

I predict that the lowest the Canucks can pick is 7th and the highest would be 12th. I believe only one or two of Virtanen, Kapenen, Nylander, Ehlers, Ritchie, or Barbashev will be available. I'd be fine with any of those picks depending on who would be available and how low we draft.
