Came here in 06 officially, 22 years old, living in my parents basement... Now 39 .... career, family, house, no Stanley cups, what an absolute ride!

I'm not comparing the two, but Brendan Morrisons best years were age 26-31 (01/02-06/07)... Those years made him what he was, so its possible to hit your stride and kill it. Enjoy the ride.

Just sold our townhouse in Pitt Meadows and bought a house here. It's nerve racking because it seems like a bigger gamble then ever to purchase a place, but with the sense of community and ties we were unwilling to go any further east. In 2009 at 24 my gf ( now wife) and I bought a condo in Poco for 213,000.. We sold it for 272,000 in 2011. We bought our townhouse for 335,000 (which was just as freaky then) and just sold for 445,000. With a purchase price of 665,000 on a humble house we HAVE to put down 20% (133,000) so we now will sit with a mortgage at 532,000. Its honestly crazy to think we carry over a mortgage that size but then again seems reasonable in this market, we plan on this being our forever home so as long as interest rates don't sky rocket we hope to provide our daughter with the best life possible.

Most likely the complete opposite.. The hand held will probably be on him the whole time so everything is done 100% proper and recorded.. Don't need a charter issue or technicality screwing the investigation up.

We will see a couple depth moves nothing major... We will get the same speech, "we are healthier now, I think you will see what we have here, I'm not going to trade the future or our top players, it's a tight market and teams just aren't willing to make moves" Then everyone will come on here and bitch..

Cena draws 13 and under kids.. Kids have parents that 2 tickets plus if mom wants to go 3 then little Julie has to go that's 4.. The 24 yr old fat dude with long hair and pimples in moms basement is still going to watch because he grew up on it... 14-18 wrestling is not cool so who cares about them... It's business us attitude era guys don't matter either...

Just finished watching the k1 gp... Overeem is a monster although he was getting away with the two hand clinch quite a bit.. I enjoy the commentators much more than the Ufc ... Overall this k1 card was far more superior than the Ufc product of late.

UFC 131 @ ROGERS CENTRE in Toronto-April 30.....Rogers Centre is where the Jays play and held 68,000 for Wrestlemania I think...
