Whatever happens, please no cartoons, that includes aviators and lumberjacks.

The new stylized stick in the rink is perfect.

I have been watching hammer and I concluded that he's doing pretty terribly and no one is really paying attention. All I recall from him are strange plays and a ton of give aways. He's had 64 shots on net and 0 goals this season. I read somewhere that people are over looking his lack of goals because he's been have a good year defensively but I just can't see it. Anybody else notice he's been off or have I just been watching him at the wrong time?

Just going back to the ridiculousness of the OP in your "expert" opinion, "I concluded that he's doing pretty terribly"

How can crap statements like this warrant a thread that goes unlocked int he first place?

Looking at the following website, all those that call Hamhuis a turnover machine will see that he is a negative in the take away/give away category but look at the other players around him. Subban is the worst in the league, Seabrook is down, Doughty is down, as is Yandle, Muzzin, Burns, etc...... All defense and all players that I would be more than happy to have as a Canuck (except Doughty of course but that's based on my personal distaste for a spoiled punk)

Anyway, this thread has no credibility what so ever and has obviously been started by a troll who has po'ed all of the real Canuck fans that have read it.

This is a terrible thread. Hamhuis is a warrior and battles with everything he has every game.

Injured or not, he always shows up to play and provide leadership and wears the Canucks colours on his sleeve.

In Topic: [Trade] Sven Baertschi to Canucks

Matthias will be re-signed if he wants to stay here.

If Sven's taking anyone's spot, its Higgy. Sven is much more of a Higgins-type player than a Matthias.

I hope so, nothing against Higgins but the team needs some pure second line scoring and JB will be needing to move one or two contracts this off season.

Actually, I expect several moves where JB will be able to really put his finger prints on this team.

I'd agree with you, except the striping on the thirds is awful. It's the most generic pattern there is, and the blue lines between the green and white muddy everything up horribly. From far away they look like Leafs jerseys.

true enough, I'd go with the current thirds but use the striping from the original jerseys with the V's on the sleeves as depicted in the picture.
