Where did I blame the victim in my post. The victim did come forward to management and management did nothing, the players on the team knew what happened and did nothing. The end result is someone else was sexually abused when that could have been stopped. You can call it victim blaming all you want, fact is this guy wasn't stopped, and as a result another person was abused.

The problem with staying silent is you then allow that person to seek out other victims. From my understanding the player went to his coach, the coach went to management, and management didn't act accordingly allowing someone else to be a victim.

The only people ahead of Burrows in most canuck categories either have their jersey retired or are going to have them retired (Sedins). I'm probably biased but I think his jersey should be retired.

I was reading that the shoulders were not down right away so the referee didn't start counting right away. By the time the ref got to 1 the crowd was on 2.

I think capwise its pointless to buy out Burrows. We aren't going to up against the cap next year and buying him out would add to our cap the year after. Roster space might be limited but having him would add competition and give some security in the case of injuries. Only reason to buy him out would be as a favor to him so he can get more ice time elsewhere.

If they want Reigns to get a pop all they have to do is have him go over in a feud against Cena. He'll be the top babyface in the company then.

If they cleared Bryan and had him compete they would have had to have him win or the crowd would have went crazy.

For just a moment I thought they were going to have Ambrose win which would have made all 3 members of the Shield having held the world championship within a year.

Its not really a great strategy for WWE. The people that are booing Reigns because he is seen as the corporate pick aren't doing that because of the story, its because that's the real life situation. They should just embrace it.

I actually like Reigns but they really made it impossible for him to win that title as a likable face. If they want to give him the title they should have him turn heel in the match, side with the authority and let him do a promo where he vents his frustrations with the crowd. I know he doesn't cut the best promos but if he should be able to do well enough.

Does Amell have any wrestling experience? He seemed comfortable in the ring but all he did was get in the ring smoothly, take down stardust and start throwing punches. I'm curious as to whether he could actually make it through a match.

They should have just had Daniel Bryan come back a week after the rumble if he wasn't going to win. They could have announced that in advance so he wouldn't be expected to be in the rumble. They really put Reigns in a bad position and the only winners that could have appeased the crowd would have been Ambrose or Ziggler at that point. I think all of the former members of the shield are great but Reigns is just too green to be in the spot he has been thrust into. I just wonder how they are going to fix this.

I'm looking forward to the Lesnar/Cena match, Rollins/Ambrose (I hate lumberjack matches though), Reigns/Orton, and AJ/Paige. Reigns and Orton will give us a better look at what Reigns can do in a straight up wrestling match when hes not protected.

It makes perfect sense to the story line because in the story line the WWE wrestlers are wrestling 5-10 times a year. Cena is what like a 13 time world champion? If wrestling were real then I would consider that more prestigious than a UFC title. I really think you are just complaining for the sake of complaining.

Why wouldn't he call Lesnar a punk bitch? This isn't real life, its a TV show. In the world of WWE these guys are fighting like 5-10 times a week whereas Lesnar fought like 1-2 times a year. I dislike Cena as much as the next guy but I thought it was a decent promo. I will be interested in seeing how Reigns holds up in a long match with Orton.
