I understand you are hoping for that correction, but you dont have to go back very far to see similar climbs and a correction. It was 2008. Unfortunately it didnt correct near the climb and 6 months later prices were climbing again. By February I think we will be back to normal with prices continuing to rise. I could be wrong but no one predicted 2008 either. I just think the market will level off with a slight rise in prices. I always enjoy a balanced market. In the NHL though? It just seems strange to sign Skille, cut Etem and not use Virt in practice. I know it's early, but it just seems like Etem getting cut and keep Virt up is JB and not using Jake in practice is WD.

I don't, but there sure seems to be a butting of heads over Virt. You can tell JB wants him around smashing through people and WD has him as odd man out in practice. I thought this last year as well. Jake gets a bit of the red carpet treatment for being JB first pick and, to me, that seems to bother WD in how he uses Jake. Appearance wise to me.

Not sure what you mean. Each MIC is run by the shareholders and usually an elected official. They can compete (and beat) any number you want. Whether you qualify and if you can convince them to lend to you is a different story. The ones I work with do a lot of deals the banks wonts touch but they also do traditional good quality at going rates. Phone around, there are LOTS out there.
