  4. Hoglander and Lind play opposite wings, so less likely in direct competition for a spot. It’s the Hoglander thread, got to work him back in somehow!

  5. I watched all of the Utica games last year and Lind was their most improved player in Utica. I don’t agree with that assessment. He is good in all three zones, his best play was with the pros assigned to Utica - he plays the game their way. He was also excellent on the draw and by the end of the year was playing some time at centre. I wouldn’t be surprised to see his game expand again this year (when they finally get to play). I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Nucks find him a spot in Europe if he doesn’t make the Canucks. If we can’t sign Toffoli and move Virtanen, that does one a spot or tw
