  1. Ran into Tyler Myers today at a Save-on in Kelowna today. Asked him if he is happy to be here. Yes, nice to be closer to family ( his wife is from Kelowna). He is excited to start the new season, he thinks they will have a good year. Nice guy, friendly. I think I was the only one who recognized him. I kept it brief, told him it was good to have him on the team. Man he is tall.
  2. #NHLTopPlayers: Top 20 Centers NHL Network reveals best of current crop by David Satriano @davidsatriano / NHL.com Staff Writer 4:00 PM 20. Elias Pettersson, Vancouver Canucks Voted the winner of the Calder Trophy as NHL rookie of the year for 2018-19, Pettersson led NHL rookies in goals (28) assists (38), points (66) and power-play goals (10) and points (22). He had a shooting percentage of 19.4 percent. The 20-year-old had two five-point games, becoming the sixth rookie to do that in one season since 1967-68. pretty good for a rookie!
  3. Yup that was brutal, hope next season is different
  4. I’m laughing because I have the exact memories
  5. Great and similar memories for me also. I was 17 for the 82 cup so like You memories have faded, late 20s for the 94 run and still have vivid memories of throwing the remote at the screen.
  6. Ridiculous, is how you might look now. Spell check is easy, but someone with accrued, extensive knowledge might feel this unnecessary.
  7. You’re right it is tit fir tat at this point, but this the quote. To me it seemed you believe there was sufficient evidence for manslaughter. i was just pointing out that if there was enough reasonable doubt to throw out a murder charge, not likely they would pursue a manslaughter charge. Maybe I wasn’t clear.
  8. Nope, no problem with confrontation at all, not sure where I twisted things? You seemed mad by your response, which I thought had a bit of venom in it, guess I was wrong on that.
  9. Apples and oranges, and u really need to chill, I’m not mad, nor should u be.
  10. I never once said to you or @Aladeen that I thought he was innocent. And by the way, it was @gurn you were going back and forth with on that. I was just pointing out there was reasonable doubt. Even the cops and prosecution are not going to publicly state “the guy did it”.
  11. Don’t know what u are talking about, just stating facts, not arguing. Oh well. Here’s your quote on manslaughter, chill dude.
  12. Reasonable doubt was proven for the 2nd degree murder charge, in which case they can’t pursue manslaughter
  13. In your opinion yes. But I wouldn’t make this statement based on what I read in the press.
  14. And based on your original post below he did it. Which is it? Guilty or not innocent? Dumb statement that maybe is misconstrued here, but people will call u on it.
