  1. Vancouver traded Kesler and a third-round pick in the 2015 NHL Draft to Anaheim for center Nick Bonino, defenseman Luca Sbisa and Anaheim's first-round and third-round picks in the 2014 NHL Draft (Nos. 24 and 85). Miller is on par or scoring more than Kesler at the same point career wise. Yes, I know Kesler went on to have two 70+ Seasons and a Selke. Just pointing out that Miller appears to be on a similar trajectory so maybe it’s not too much of an overpayment?
  2. You don’t have to apologize, it’s your opinion and your right to have it. The majority here think it sucks, oh well.
  3. You are so right! Clearly Benning has followed in his footsteps, look at all the terrible draft picks he has made the past few years.
  4. Benning has stated numerous times he will not be trading any of the core players.
  5. The expansion draft occurs at the end of his 2 year contract (2021). As a UFA he will be exempt from the exp. draft.
  6. I like it, but I think if we get the breadman he will want the first line.
  7. Seattle has a population 3.87 million, the number you quoted is just for metropolitan Seattle. Similarly Vancouver’s metro population is only 675,000 but Greater Vancouver is almost 2.5 million
  8. Atta boy Petey! A very convincing win at that!
  9. I don’t know, is she willing to go down ( to the minors I mean, of course)
  10. Honestly I’m just tired of the redundancy, we have nice things let’s keep them. I guess I should stop reading the proposals posts, but damn I’m bored.
  11. Fair enough. Given all these attributes, why won’t SJ resign him?
  12. Seems like a bit of a fringe player, don’t know if he would substantially improve the Canucks d. He is also on the small side at 5’11” and 180lbs.
  13. I really don’t see Juolevi starting with the Canucks next year. He is coming off a major injury and will likely need time in Utica to get back up to speed. This is why at least Hutton stays.
  14. This argument is getting old and tired. From the interweb, Wiktionary(0.00 / 0 votes)Rate this definition: Origin: 1835 Kanuk (US), 1849 canuck (Canadian), origin . Canuck(Noun) A Canadian. 15. Although I do like this, and many others have suggested the same, I think it loses its ‘heritage’ look. Makes it look too modern.
