  1. This is not a one off. Miller averaged over a point a game in his first 2 years here. Now he is just getting better. Why will he suddenly regress so quickly in the next 3-4 years?
  2. You don’t win cups by trading away your top scorer. You build around that. Also, we have plenty of young skilled players.
  3. Yet in your previous post you said you be happy to have Miller for the next 7 years. Boeser had a horrible year for what was expected.
  4. You’re joking, right? All those ‘2’ years, the first in which he was over a point per game player...
  5. That’s not a given. Plenty of players play out their contract to UFA and still sign with their same team. Don’t ask for samples, I am too lazy to look and you it’s true anyways.
  6. What player doesn’t want to win a cup? Maybe he likes his role here.
  7. Why? Is he not going to honour the last year of his contract?
  8. That’s great. Who do you play in the top six if you are acquiring bottom six players?
  9. That wasn’t my point. Maybe he won’t, but I think Van management will want to keep him especially if he performs the same again next year. But the ‘let’s trade him before we lose him for nothing asset management’ is dumb.
  10. That is rubbish. Did we trade Smyl, Linden, Naslund the Sedins etc in their prime? Because they might be expensive? Also please see this link NHL trade tracker, which top level players did Colorado trade away? http://www.nhltradetracker.com/user/trade_list_by_team/Colorado_Avalanche/1 Landeskog is the same age as Miller, but they should probably just trade him as he isn’t an important part.
  11. Yah just focus on that. 5 assists. 91 points. I have seen Swyl, Linden, Bure, Sedins make multiple mistakes over the years and still make this team succeed. Miller has become a star, why do so many people talk about trading this guy?
  12. Nothing is undisclosed by either side. The players are treated and evaluated by the team’s doctor.
  13. Don’t forget the big smile from the waitress as she serves the parents +2.5 kids
