Toronto's payroll is about $22 million.
Vancouver's payroll is about $6.5 million.

I'm assuming ticket prices are about the same. If so, and if Vancouver is just breaking even, then Toronto would seem to be losing about $16 million a year.
On the other hand, if Toronto is breaking even, then Vancouver would seem to be making about $16 million a year.
I wonder which it is? Or are there revenue streams available to Toronto that are not available to Vancouver?
