Green is probably the best coach in the league in telling moral victories to his players, which could be a good thing if he is coaching an amateur team...lol....This is the NHL man. Young guys like Pettersson seems like he has no coaching but just let him be whatever he is. I guess Green just doesn't have the resume to allow him to challenge his players like other high profile coaches can...

Not really, the puck could easily gets blocked and goes the other way...

What do u expect the team can do? Our toughest guy is MacEwan and he is not close to being able to handle those big guys from the other team. This is when you wish you have a guy like a Lucic or Kassian on your team...

Yes, we have dug ourselves a big enough hole that the playoffs is likely out of reach at this point, but at least it is good to see the boys are playing with some pride.

I know people say Demko will be the goalie of the future blah blah balh, but I just feel much less nervous with Holtby in net when the other team shoots...lol.

According to the fans, Demko has free pass until he gets older in 2 , 3 years. Switch goalies with the Flames and we would win all the games vs them this year. Who knows if Marky will be bad in year 4, 5 or 6 into the contract, but look at now and the near future of our team without a legit established #1 in net.

This team is so naïve, scored a goal with the tip in the game, and then tried the same play the rest of the game without anything else...lol

All Demko is doing right now is saying to everyone that the 2 games he had vs the Vegas last summer was just a fluke...too bad the management bit on it and allowed Marky to go so to protect Demko.

That's why it is such a stupid idea to let Marky go and expect a young player to fill his shoes.

All I see is Demko over reacts on every play and making things look difficult and scary. Welcome to the Demko era.....he just can't replace Marky, no even close. Don't say he is young or what, it is either you are ready or you are not.
