  1. Ever since the Keith hit, Daniel thinks he's Henrik.
  2. I thought the Drop Pass Entry was the intellectual property of AV.
  3. The Canucks Power Play: 84% of the time it kills any momentum every time.
  4. Hey Canucks, China called, they want their fire drill back.
  5. Vancouver leads the league in BPA. Blind Passes Attempted.
  6. Our power play is killing us. The Sedins look better in the shootout than they do with the man advantage right now.
  7. Not the start you want against the 'Yotes
  8. Canucks Record In The Last 10 Games: 3-4-3 PHX: 2-6-2 The Canucks have still manged to gain points in 6 of 10 (though giving away a couple points in the process). As frustrated and discouraged as they must feel about the last two games, they need to come out tonight and just play their game. Quick transitions, first to pucks, and really watch the plays around the Coyotes blueline. Way too many turnovers happening up high leading to odd man rushes, and it's impossible to establish any forecheck if pucks aren't staying in deep.
  9. Is 6 PP goals by a team in one game an NHL record? Edit: I looked everywhere, I can't find an answer. Also, the Canucks PK dropped nearly 3%, and now sits tied for 2nd.
  10. I didn't put much stock in the theory being toted around by a lot of players, media, and fans, that the game against LA was statement game. Just as I don't put much stock in to the idea that this game is proof how bad the Canucks are now, how overdue they are for total rebuild, etc. Whatever their struggles are during this entire month, be it blowing leads, looking flat, lack of scoring, playing great one period only to come out looking lost the next, the Canucks should not still be looking for their indentity at this point in the season. When they've been successful this year, for one they've had Luongo in net. Don't overlook what he brings. And the Canucks looked better as first to the puck, keep it simple in both ends of the rink, D first, and pressure pressure pressure team. Whatever they've been trying to prove they've really gotten away from the X's and O's. Their play at the other team's blueline is costing them so many odd rushes against. Bad breakouts are keeping their star players penned in playing 2 minute D shifts against usually bigger opponents. And then Torts looks mystified as to why his team is having breakdowns late in games.
  11. And the Ducks have a bad PP. 16%. Only one spot above us.
  12. Perry gives Edler a pop and no response. Where's that pushback everyone said was the statement the Canucks made??
  13. Another turnover at the offensive blueline.
  14. Canucks have been sloppy in their own end, and the Duck forecheck is causing all kinds of problems. As usual only Tanev/Hammer seem to be able to move the puck away from pressure and go tape to tape to a forward.
  15. Sedins play the entire shift in their own end.
  16. Bad pass by Dalpe results in an icing
  17. A bad break because Weber handcuffed his D partner.
  18. What a terrible pass by Weber. What did he expect Garrison to do with that puck?!
  19. Once again Garrison turns it over at the offensive line
