  1. Anyone having trouble accessing accessing CDC through Chrome on desktop?

  2. And there are still a couple of people here (admittedly very few) that would trade him. Unbelievable.
  3. Both Drance and McDonough's advisor Glen Giovanucci are indicating that he's going to sign once his season is over.
  4. Important to note that the Canucks have been terrible for about a decade now while the Flames haven't been. Might have something to do with why he chose to be a Flame fan over a Canuck fan. I hope he chooses us. On paper it looks like a match made in heaven. A big, two way RD from BC with an opportunity at a top 4 role right away and the possibility of playing on a pairing with one of the best defensemen in the league. Surely we have to be on the short list.
  5. I'll say this much, I'm much happier with how our prospect pool is looking now than I was at this point last year. One of biggest knocks on our drafting recently has been it's inability to find NHLers outside of the first rd, and it seems like we now have quite a few guys trending in the right direction.
  6. Just out of curiosity, if you found out someone on this board had a similar "criminal past" to Tocchet, would you treat them the same way? What if it were a friend or a member of your family? Would you feel the same way about them that you feel about Tocchet?
  7. I guarantee you'd find my Twitter way more problematic than his Whether something is "criminal" or not is completely irrelevant to me, considering some of the ridiculous shit that's considered "criminal". Words cannot describe how much I deeply, deeply don't give a F about Rick's involvement in a gambling ring 15 year ago. It holds less weight to me than if he had been caught stealing a candy bar from a 7/11.
  8. Imagine judging someone's entire character based on their involvement in a sports gambling ring 15 years ago
  9. They really need to be gone in the offseason to make room for younger, cheaper players. Myers too. I'd say OEL too, buy I know that's an impossibility.
  10. That's the thing though. The core isn't bad. The core handful of guys are actually great. Pettersson is one of the best forwards in the league, Hughes one of the best Dmen, and Demko one of the best goalies. Miller (when he decides to pull his head out of his ass) and Kuzmenko are two of the better forwards in the league as well. And yet it's always something. Demko was hurt, Pettersson was hurt, the defense is a mess outside of Hughes, the bottom 6 are bad, we had covid, the coaching is bad, we have badly constructed team, we have too much cap tied up in wingers. I just don't know what to think any more.
