  1. From last season, I thought this musical was hilarious and brilliant.

Give that thing some dreadlocks and rename it the hippopottoman and that would become the single greatest piece of furniture in history
  4. It's not a secret tank. We've seen this act before. When the pressure is off this team will go on a run. When they get close and the pressure comes back on, they will fade.
  5. Probably was the way to go, but I'm guessing nothing great was offered for Miller.
  6. Tanner Pearson slides into 83rd with his assist tonight. 82. Paul Reinhart D 131 24 90 114 83. Tanner Pearson LW 213 54 59 113 84. Mike Walton C 115 44 69 113
  7. With Schneider confirmed as coach, I wonder if changes will be made to any other of the coaching staff? I'm good with the Schneider decision, but I do wonder if anything can be done with the approach to the plate.

  10. Tanner Pearson now in 84th in all-time Canuck scoring with his assist tonight. 83. Mike Walton C 115 44 69 113 84. Tanner Pearson LW 210 54 57 111 85. Trent Klatt RW 313 51 60 111 86. Russ Courtnall RW 141 39 72 111 87. Sven Baertschi LW 225 58 52 110
  11. It's not as if they have dug themselves into too big of a hole, because they haven't. However, only good teams make the playoffs and good teams don't blow multi-goal leads in 3 straight games.
  12. Conor Garland passes a few with his goal today. Now into 149th in all-time Canuck scoring 148. Jeff Brown D 72 10 44 54 149. Conor Garland RW 79 20 33 53 150. Brent Peterson C 146 15 38 53 151. Kyle Wellwood C 149 32 20 52 152. Adam Gaudette C 153 21 31 52
  13. Petterson's goal moves him into 36th in all-time Canuck scoring, passing The House. 35. Rick Lanz D 417 56 171 227 36. Elias Pettersson C 246 98 124 222 37. Jim Sandlak RW 509 104 117 221
  14. Now I realize Poolman was signed as a UFA and that inflates prices, but that's darn near the same AAV as Poolman's
  15. At first I was hoping you were replying to the hand turkey tweet. The Canucks Army take on that could be interesting
  16. EP for Zabinejad and Trouba...do you do it? Not sure of the term on either of those contracts but it's the closest scenario that I could come up with off the top of my head.
  17. I feel like I have his 86-87 O-Pee-Chee card, as a Hartford Whaler.
  18. Does anyone know if the VanCast is still going?  It's been a while since they've last put out a podcast.

  19. The quote from Manoah really hit home for me. My youngest is 8, a tank of a kid, and really good at baseball. I often worry, as things get more competitive, his physique could hold him back, but how do you tell that to an 8 year old? (You don't, but I'm going to try to be a better model). Thanks Alek
  20. What's scarier than a pug, in a tuxedo, tap dancing on top of Mt Everest
  21. That didn't look like very Christian language from Jason Adam there.
