  1. Voted Brodeur Nominating Patrik Sundstrom
  2. If there are still is a legit state of emergency by November they should postpone the election. Should be a definite date to postpone it to, but you can't expect citizens to go out and vote under the conditions we see right now.
  3. Have you heard about the experience at Liberty College? https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2020/mar/30/liberty-university-coronavirus-student-positive-jerry-falwell-jr
  4. Voting Brodeur Nominating Boudrias
  5. Otherwise known as The Trump Affect?
  6. Hard to say, like others have covered, that's why I think the state the hospitals are in is probably a better indicator of how things are going. Hard to sum up in a number, I know, but I think it is most important with this virus.
  7. Doesn't he have to do the full 4 years before he can turn UFA? If so, then he can't do that for 2 more years.
  8. Obviously food/medical supplies are more important but we shouldn't be starving the arts the moment a crisis emerges. Nothing wrong with putting money towards keeping the arts afloat as long as money is spent on food/medical supplies (and it is). If things get more dire, then sure, relief money to the arts will dwindle. We are not there yet though.
  9. Voted Brodeur Nominating Snepsts
  10. Remeber it was Iran first, then China, then Europe (but not Great Britian). It's as if he was banning travel based on vendettas first and pandemic 2nd.
  11. 3rd time is the charm Voted Edler Nominating Brodeur
  12. By the sounds of it, Covid-19 is helping climate change or am I just tangling things up more than I need to
  13. It's saying that a tax won't stop climate change. It's still not worth replying too.
  14. I think that is important as well as hospital vacancies. Don't get me wrong, the # of new cases is important, but the others can be just as important.
  15. Really thankful for 2 sons that are really "go with the flow" types that haven't even batted an eye with the changes. They haven't complained once about being bored. Have taken for granted just popping into a store to grab something. I haven't even been in a car since the 21st. Don't miss? Eating out/junk food. I do have some at home that we've eating in moderation. I find my cravings are way down, and have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks without even trying. Looking forward to when this is done? Games night with friends/family.
  16. Voting Edler - the man that leads Canucks defensemen in almost every statistical category Nominating Brodeur Hmmm, deja vu
  17. Have you ever seen Bubba Ho Tep? The movie is a guilty pleasure of mine. Bruce Campbell plays an elderly Elvis who is resides at a rundown Texas retirement home. Him and a paralyzed black man who thinks he's JFK fight off a mummy terrorizing their home.
  18. In my district, have been asked to work from home on Monday and Tuesday. After that, it sounds like a schedule will be brought up so teachers can come and access materials etc. So it sounds like contact will be at a minimum.
  19. Maybe it's the pandemic talking, but I look forward to the next poll each day. Thanks @-AJ- for running this!
  20. Voted Edler - most points/games/goals/assists as a defenseman Nominating Brodeur
  21. LE and Roussel for me. I wouldn't want to gut defensive depth and get rid of Meyers. Nor would I want to gut centre depth and get rid of Beagle.
  22. When he fell to the Canucks I was excited as I knew he was the exact type of player the Canucks needed. Just didn't realize how much they needed him/how good he'd be this fast.
  23. A good Ted Talk with Bill Gates
  24. Voted Luongo Nominating Brodeur
