  3. Didn't see the game, but glad Gurriel picked up a couple of hits. Jays will need the offense he can bring if they hope to be competitive.

  5. Ouch, Jays are 1 for 55 in the first 3 innings so far this season. That is beyond awful. Can't blame Galvis or Jansen this game though as they hit the ball well, the Orioles just made good defensive plays.
  6. aaaaannnnnndddddd of couse Alford starts in Center today. Grichuk must've been tired from signing the contract
  7. I"m going to guess in the near future Grichuk will get most of the starts in center
  8. Some good plays from Tesocar in the outfield today. Looks like early returns from the work he put in during the offseason.
  9. Biega was the highest mover up the all-time Canuck scoring list with his assist tonight. 185. Ab DeMarco D 95 13 22 35 186. Alex Biega D 178 4 31 35 187. John Grisdale D 199 3 32 35 188. 12. Omnipresent bluetooth speakers. When you're out and about there are headphones for a reason.
  13. Could be the case. And if he sticks to his guns with the lie, Smollet's career will go on the same trajectory as OJ Simpson's.
  14. Of course there is something wrong with faking this. But also, no one innocent has been hurt and he's paid a nominal price through the 10K and the few days of community service. Not sure if jail time would make him learn his lesson anymore, it would just take more money to prosecute and house him in jail. Smollett did this to gain fame and sympathy, so the sooner we forget about the liar and move on the better.
  15. Beware the SJW, Left Wing Boogeyman Xereau or Smollett will name you next!
  16. Why? Maybe I'm off base, but I don't see a politician, lawyer, etc sticking their neck out for a C-list celebrity.
  17. They said that during the 2016 campaign and look what happened. The strategy is starting to emerge now, EVERYTHING is becoming a partisan "Right vs Left" issue (even this Smollett case, why?). In American politics, if it's a "Right vs Left" the Right will win 99.999999999999% of the time. The GOP will make anything not Tea Party right sound so socialist your held will spin and if they can pull that off successfully, they will win in a landslide. As much as I like Bernie and his ideas, Trump and the GOP will beat him in the poll booth handily if he's the Democratic candidate.
  18. I thought all along it was staged. I think the prosecution felt it wasn't worth pursuing charges, that the forfeited 10,000 bond and few days of community service was enough.
  19. Virtanen drives into 127th in all-time Canuck scoring with his goal tonight. Hey Garry, you dropped your 129th ranking. 126. Mike Robitaille D 174 10 50 60 127. Jake Virtanen RW 207 32 27 59 128. Zack Kassian RW 171 32 27 59 129. Dixon Ward LW 103 28 31 59 130. Garry Valk LW 172 24 35 59
  20. I think the Leafs had a lot of guys like this. I wonder if Leaf fans are crying like Canuck fans do because Dubas didn't get a pick in return for him.
  21. A different BB giving Klatt taxi fare on his way down to 80th in all-time Canuck scoring. 78. Mike Walton C 115 44 69 113 79. Brock Boeser RW 131 56 55 111 80. Trent Klatt RW 313 51 60 111 81. Russ Courtnall RW 141 39 72 111
