To clarify, I haven't pulled 550 yet, just that it should fall in the next year provided intelligent programming on my part.
And yes, 315 really shouldn't be viewed as some special number, especially for a deadlift. Hell, a 315 squat to depth is just scratching the surface on not completely fracking around in the gym, IMO.
It's terrible. Not enough back work, way too much volume for a beginner, your push/pull ratio is out of whack, the horizontal to vertical pull ratio is troublesome. I could go on and on so I'll ask:
What are your current stats? What are your goals? What does your nutrition look like?
