  1. I survived a crash in Tanzania in 2017. I have PTSD whenever I fly. I don't drink though. http://www.darpost.com/2017/10/everyone-survives-coastal-plane-crash/ Exactly 3 wks later, same airline, also 11 people, crashed not too far from my crash. All died. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5093567/Eleven-dead-including-Americans-Tanzania-plane-crash.html This was our plane:
  2. Exactly. He can barely speak English fluently. I think he didn't participate. No pics yet.
  3. Not sure if it needs to go that far, but certainly a good opportunity for more dialog between the teammates, staff and management. Forcing someone to wear a symbolic jersey won't change their mind or belief system. I don't believe Kuz is a biggot by birth, and judging by his on ice and off ice interactions, he's a very emotive and caring human. He's in a totally different culture, and his family is too (not sure if still here visiting). I'm sure a fan who meets him one day, say like that autograph signing at the mall few weeks ago, people can bring it up in a non threatening way and have a chat on why it matters to them etc. People aren't always fixed in their views. People can change, but it's usually not through coercion.
  4. Disappointing but he's a foreigner from a country that is openly against the LGBT community. I rather people have a discussion and over time maybe he will change his mind than slamming him. Meanwhile, I will not put his name on my black skate jersey as planned.
  5. It's Hi (he) ro (roe) se (say) in Japanese. You enunciate each syllables separately, don't slur them together.
  6. Such little gesture with hardly any impact on their day to day activities. The ones that refuse really show their true colors.
  7. Can someone post the email letter from JR?
