  1. It means a lot more in baseball, playing all those games, and only the div leader go to the playoffs, plus one wild card team. In hockey, top three gets in, so obviously no big deal.
  2. It is just like the bouquet at a wedding. Catcher will homer next.
  3. Had a slow start as a jay, but he did lead NL in hits not long ago.
  4. One run is not much, but jays cant seem to drive anyone home yet.
  5. Sox hitting well v dickey, but no runs yet. Time for Jays to get some runs for him. Yankees already won today.
  6. 4 games in 3 days. Good thing Jays have Monday off. Yankees go straight to Tampa. Hope they lose a few.
  7. Pennington was awesome. But he is playing 2nd. Goins is the SS. Not worried, but Tulo is the guy you want in Oct.
  8. Jays got Darwin Barney from Dodgers. http://www.sportsnet.ca/baseball/mlb/blue-jays-acquire-infielder-darwin-barney-from-dodgers/
  9. Fractured scapula. That should take him out for the month at least.
  10. Had a bad outing today in AAA. Not sure if he is ready for majors yet.
  11. Can't win without pitching. Still the most important component Jays lack for a playoff run.
