  1. When he's not scoring he seems to be a meh player at best; but all the metrics and his actual production seem to indicate even when he doesn't put goals in the net he is still an effective middle 6 player.
  2. If they are unwilling to get rid of Schneider I'd be more than willing to accept K'Andre Miller as the player in a return deal and keep hunting that RHD elsewhere [Prospect(s)], Pick, MIller (player) Have been watching him more and more, at 22 years of age he fits our core. Is projecting to a 25-45 point career high to average defense on the LHD side of things. Plus he's 6 foot 5 and almost 215 pounds. When he's done filling out he's gonna be a beast. All that and the big plus is he can skate. Wanna keep Schneider? Fine. We want the bigger heavier meaner D that Schneider COULD become. Ya he's an LHD, I get that but big heavy well skating D is harder and harder to find. You can have any 2 of the 3 big tangibles at the best of times; but K Miller has all 3.
  3. It's actually awful. Kravtsov is as tangible as Tryamkin. Like literally, there's ZERO guarantee he ever comes back to the NA market and has been offered a decent contract over the next 3 years he has an option to sign to stay in Russia Lundkvist is a 5 foot 10 point ish producing LHD which we have so many of we can't give them away. That 1st, will be 20+; averaging out right now. 23rd in this years draft. For a 1st line all situations C/W who can play RW/LW and centre and is 21st in league scoring. Trade comparison #1 is the O'Reilly deals. Why? Look at the mentioned players for the 3 seasons prior to their trades that went the other way for O'Reilly Trade comparison #2 is Duchene both times. By any metric if this is what is being offered for a player who while younger has had far more productive seasons than Duchene/O'Reilly while being on his contract than the Canucks management team needs to walk away and try again next year.
  4. Apparently Raymond, Ballard and a 3rd is a popular metric across the league still
  5. Gentlemen, I wish I was kidding https://hfboards.mandatory.com/threads/roster-building-thread-xxxvii-5-weeks-until-tdl.2870739/page-14
  6. I really wish I was kidding, think it's page 13 or 14 of that thread I linked
  7. Lorio isn't the worst. 2nd round rhd. But honestly that's it. It would have to be full picks period because there's nothing in their system we need. Even Lapierre is questionable as a C because he's not a super thick kid and shoots left like all of our current forwards.
  8. If that is all they feel Miller is worth in NY, I literally then offer him to any other Metro team the rags will face in the 1st or 2nd round and take a comparable package out of spite. Then watch Miller bounce them 2 years in a row
  9. All they want to offer is Kravtsov/Chytil or Lundkvist and a 2nd. That's it. But they're offering the vaunted 1st + schnieder/K Miller for newhook. Apparently JT MIller is persona non grata in New York and not elite and Laf/Kakko are wildly more valuable than him. When I pointed out he was 21st in league scoring and a 1b center on any team in the league, they crapped on it and said keep him then. lol, then they offered Laf for Pettersson Hughes and a 1st
  10. I asked outright what they'd be willing to give up and why. Lol....yikes. Glad we don't have a monopoly on poor valuation as a fan base https://hfboards.mandatory.com/threads/roster-building-thread-xxxvii-5-weeks-until-tdl.2870739/page-12
  11. Seems Rags fans are super hesitant to give away Othman and Cuylle and are set on just giving away Chytil/Kravtsov and Lundkvist. But Othman, Cuylle, Schneider, Baron and Lafrenier are 100% off limits to the fan base. So essentially Raymond, Ballard and a 3rd is what they are willing to offer up for anything.
  12. Having visited frequently outside of NY "upstate" as they seem to call anything outside of the city. I can say it's actually beautiful and quite affordable. As well as being on the east coast with a far easier schedule and much more accessible travel. Better schools etc. It has amazing appeal for people of any age.
  13. When you consistently share information from known idiots. Liars. Charlatans then interpose that with a single credible verifiable link that SEEMS to justify what those charlatans and liars were saying, then lean on it. You don't get to play the victim when people rightfully point out the history of the people you lean on for information whether you just "find it interesting" or not. When you share lies, you share misinformation and you share conspiracy theories from conspiracy theorists regularly, then turn around and lean on one single link. your credibility will rightfully be 100% called in to question as it is in this case. you're not a victim because you aren't believed because you surround yourself with liars and buffoons.
  14. Suggesting that companies made billions intentionally pushing cures (questionable vaccines) then intentionally sold to tank the stock is a conspiracy theory. The person you posted is the highest level of lying idiot you can find. Look at his "i found evidence trump won, the dems stole the election" reels for verification. The very fact you share and push that crap out and then try to play the victim when you get called out on it shows you're intentionally doing this and honestly, I am already raising 2 kids I don't need to be subjected to your childish BS as well. If you want attention, go to HF forums and tell them Benning did a good job.
  15. Bottom will happen when they get bumped out of the top 3 for draft picks by us winning the lottery and then Benning stripping MTL of the NHL draft
  16. You tuber pushing conspiracy regarding ,medical information, drug companies etc. Ya sure...credible as all get out.
  17. The question now, is; does the Tofolli trade shake things up and increase the value of a guy like Zacha?
  18. Yes that is correct. A team from Vegas, Florida or Texas currently enjoys a 30% reduction in cost over Canadian teams based on the exchange rate alone, factoring this in before taxation which nevada, texas and florida pay none of in comparison to a player from a canadian team. It's very lucrative for American team owners and for players to be enjoying US markets.
  19. The top 15 every single year is littered with handfuls or more of players that buck that trend happily. We'll agree to disagree.
  20. Yikes.....Starts on Page 7 of the NYR HF board Miller isn't a real big fish Miller isn't the player you want if you want a leader Miller is ok, but he's not the all around player we need if the team is dangling Chytil + Lundkvist, that 3rd piece better not be their 1st. wow.... https://hfboards.mandatory.com/threads/roster-building-thread-xxxvii-5-weeks-until-tdl.2870739/page-8
  21. But...Lafrenier is worth to much, he's just not getting enough ice time. he needs to develop. he's untouchable The comparable THEY don't want you to know: Lafreniere: 12:07 ES, 1:22 PP, .29 Pts/GP Seth Jarvis: 12:37 ES, 1:25 PP, .55 Pts/GP Anton Lundell: 13:05 ES, 0:37 PP, .70 Pts/GP (ignoring his two SHP) Jarvis was also a healthy scratch for the Hurricanes' first 7 games of the season. Imagine if that happened here. Obviously those two are playing with better players, but the ideas that no other team is giving their young players sparing ice time and you can't develop if you're not playing 18 minutes a night need to die.
  22. Reading that twitter thread and seeing what they think they'd get him for is....yikes.
  23. Who is this guy? What are his medical credentials? Oh...you tuber? K. You're right, nothing to see here
  24. Yet, you're using draft pedigree as your baseline. Clendenning was a near .8 ppg average player in the AHL drafted high 2nd round RHD and....? My point still stands. Until these kids have played significant seasons, their potential is equal and almost all of it is based on draft pedigree. Which, as we saw with Juolevi and Virtanen is...worthless. The need for this fan base to absolutely trash our own prospects while lauding others based on the exact same metrics is almost nauseatingly predictable. No I do not mean you, I mean in general. I stand by my statement. Schneider has as much chance of being a Stuart as he does a Burns.
  25. Someone ask him if they'd take Dickinson Schenn, Motte and a 2nd for Fox or Trouba with 20% retention. Then point out that's how stupid that series of deals is
