They're stand alones for sure. I also drink my nectar neat. Honestly these are heavy duty tumblers I'm impressed
-
live interactive tracker updated daily. Startling really. https://newsinteractives.cbc.ca/coronavirustracker/ Looking at the increase of hospitalizations is alarming
-
That near 20-1 unvaxxed to vaxxed in the hospital is absolutely damning to any argument. It's so overwhelming
-
Let's see how this plays out Seems many of your responders are backing their statements up with credible verifiable facts and stats Have you? Where's your proof? Quite divisive sounding. Aggressive. Not very educated. Have you tried educating yourself? No. I guess not. Had you educated yourself you'd know full well how vaccines work, how it was never about non transmission and all about the hospital numbers. But...that would mean being educated and posting credible viable facts to support your statement There have been. It's nice to read at times You should try not being divisive and maybe eductate yourself. Couldn't hurt

The irony
-
And you in a state like Florida or texas
-
So reasonable so long as you're not inconvenienced?
-
That's gonna say 3000 by next weds or earlier
-
So you'll stand in line for a booster? Good thing to do. Entirely reasonable.
-
So you have views but you're not brave enough to espouse them to those who would be fighting to save your life if it happened? Interesting
-
Again. Petulant and over dramatic.
-
Meaning?
-
No, that's over dramatic Vaccine, booster, social distancing, mask wearing and sanitizing. Those are basic precautions. What you're suggesting is nothing more than petulant over dramatic posturing If you DO have to go, make sure you tell all the overworked health care workers your stance on it and why you're being admitted. You should be proud of who you are and your beliefs
-
And look at the rates of hospitalized unvaccinated to those who are vaccinated. Tells quite a story doesn't it?
-
If you have covid and didn't take all the necessary precautions because you didn't believe in them. Why would you believe in the same medical experts to save the life of yourself or your loved ones? Seems a shade hypocritical and entirely self serving imo
-
Then just avoid the hospital period. Seems simple. If you and your loved ones are vaccinated but become sick enough due to covid to be hospitalized. Just don't go. Unless... you're willing to throw away your beli fs that you easily

Worked for Alberta and the world juniors after all
-
You say this but Seems that with that many more infections, you see that many more people entering the hospitals. Almost as though...more transmissible means more infections means more inevitable hospitalizations
-
Yes 13. Hadn't had the jab but has or was being locked down after two people in my house started feeling ill. Rather be safe and bored than sorry and putting others at risk Hahaha. It's that damned buffalo trace and uncle nearest I swear I'll check that out! Unsure if we do but I'll totally see if there's one in our area. It's been going on badly for about 4 days so it's on track with the cold snap. So I'll still see about getting checked out but I'll pay that serious mind as well

Serious question here. And yes I know I shouldn't be asking a forum 2 weeks ago my daughter (10) got sick at school on the weekend. The following week she passed it to my wife, then me. Winter Break started and I was absolutely wiped the hell out from Weds through Sun. Didn't leave my house or room. kept everyone locked down hard after my daughter got sick. We're all vaxxed etc. But there was a cold/flu kicking about in our area and zero recorded school outbreaks between either of my daughter's schools in the weeks before she got sick. Since then I have been struggling for energy and the last 48 hours I have experienced somehting I've never dealt with before. Dizziness. Like lightheaded dizziness. I filled up my gas tank today, pulled out on to the street and immediately had ot pull over after doing a shoulder check because i had the spins. I knelt down to grab something yesterday and almost blacked out from it. If in fact I did have a case of covid, how would I know? Can I still get tested post infection? I have been reading up on or about long term effects and post covid infection issues and I actually seem to have a few including the dizziness lethargy headaches and beat up sinus 2 weeks on but what options would or do I have to find out if in fact I DID have it. Before anyone asks, after my daughter got sick as it was the start or essential start of winter break we kept our kids home, we didn't go anywhere or do anything serious until we all felt better. Always mask, always sanitize etc. Just curious if there's any way to find out IF I/we had it and what our options are in an overwhelmed system in dealing with any potential long term issues
-
Should we just lock down those at the highest risk of hospitalization or death and let everything open up then?
-
Not calling you a bigot. Stop clutching your pearls. I starting your claims of segregation or second hand citizenship based on a voluntary decision to be specious and childish. I've suffered both. This is nothing like it.

Literally NOBODY has been banned from grocery stores. Unless they've been asked to remove themselves for making a scene. I dare you to show or prove that this has happened in Canada or BC without outright provication.
-
No you're not. You're being dramatic. NOBODY ANYWHERE is unable to get food, especially here in canada. You can walk in to any grocery store. You can have it delivered or you can click and collect. You're lying and you're being immature about it I am making this about race, religion and orientation because YOU seem to feel that somehow refusing to get a VOLUNTARY jab has made people second class citizens. As a person who HAS in fact been the subject of racism/segregation listening to you mope whine and gripe about people who can't sit their arses in a theatre chair or sit in an Ihop and claim that somehow that makes them second class citizens being subjected to segregation infuriates me. it's childish and you need to grow up. The only people who have lost their minds are the ones who somehow think, not being able to waddle on down to the Dennys to have a plate of Moons over my-Hammy makes them somehow persecuted the same way that others have been based on sex, skin colour, race, religion or orientation Again, stop lying. Grow up, give your head a shake. The situation people on the anti vaxx side are in is voluntary. MY situation and the situation of others based on skin colour, race, religion, sexual orientation is not.
