2 of my favourite teams are in the final 4 and naturally both of them lose, i'm officially convinced that any hockey team that I cheer for will never win the cup, i've gone through this pain way too many times

it really annoys me when people say that a team like Tampa Bay doesn't deserve to win the cup because they have one of the smaller fan bases. They built a powerhouse over time after going through some tough years and they don't deserve to win because they don't have as many fans as, for example, Winnipeg? It pisses me off, GMs are there to build teams and Stanley Cups aren't awarded to the team with the best fans, sorry to say

hockey is so unpredictable, Germany is a minute away from gold in the olympics, Switzerland defeats a Canadian team that looks much better on paper and Vegas has come together to be one game away from the SCF despite their best dman being a scratch for half of the year last year. this year has been so unpredictable so far

@-Stammer- Not giving a free pass to rest of the team, either. Horvat and O'Reilly were two of the only players I was actually impressed with today. Everyone else varied from okay to unnoticeable to complete garbage.

a first year expansion team with Luca Sbisa might actually win the cup, someone pinch me this can't be real

McPhee did a fantastic job filling this roster with the right players and a world class goaltender.(that wasn’t wanted by the pens.)
Most of the people that have a hard time with this are the ones that though McPhee was a fool and Vegas would be at or near the bottom.
I Hope they win the cup.
I like the way they play and think it great that a misfit group that there teams found them to be expendable and in some cases paid with more draft picks to take certain guys have come together bought into the coaches message.

I don't mind the players on Vegas-I actually find them quite likable. It's just that I've been cheering hard for the Canucks for 17 years and we've never won it all. It feels wrong that fans who've been cheering for Vegas for just a few months to get to relish success without feeling the pain that so many other thousands of fans have felt for their teams for decades.

Telus installed this new thing for our internet claiming it would speed it up but it has only made it worse than before. Anyone else have the same problem or just me?

it really pisses me off that people are blaming Jim Benning for the Sedins retiring because us losing makes them want to retire quicker. The Sedins played here on a bad team for 4 years and still loved coming to the rink every day. Benning and the Canucks can't be blamed for rebuilding when it was necessary in order to succeed in the future. There's more reason to a retirement than just "the Canucks are bad and that's why". These guys have families

@SedinMadness not necessarily Jim telling them to retire but i've seen people saying that because Benning is rebuilding and the team is bad, the Sedins retired. There's a lot more to a retirement than the play of the team
